So I haven't been keeping up with my diet, I haven't taken my medicine in almost 6 months and I'm still fat as hell! Well here I go as I start over again, but the difference is this time around I'm sticking to it. Got no choice, or you'll be following my fat ass forevere! HAHAHA!!
I hope my ass is a little healthier and I've taken my medicine the next time I write 0n this thing! HAHA!

Well I haven't taken my medicine since the last time i typed, and I haven't neccesarily been eating or exercising good! But I have been trying to monitor the calories etc...but not following hte diet completely! Ugg...Must Get Right!

Went to Golden Coral and ate like the fatest pig in the world! No regards to 2cal at all and now I'm eating fries and drinking soda and in a bit I will have a burger. OK do better tomorrow! That's rediculous, I refuse to keep being a fat ass hog! OK Good Night
